| Only a fool buys a ticket to Mardi Gras. It's the greatest free-show on earth-- and New Orleans wouldn't have it any other way. Carnival is a time of change-- for the betterment of humanity. The throws are a nice bonus, but lets remember the bigger-theme. Having fun-- where adults can be children, again. There are no refunds at this event-- just wet-beads. The crews aren't trying to sell you something-- only giving back! |
