| Syria has been on a course of self-destruction. The country is in ruins after years of war-- has left the ancient-culture scrambling for peace. Many nations have tried to fix the crisis (U.S., Russia), but it seems to be getting worse. These pictures show a once bustling society, now toppled by countless bombs. The innocent have paid the price, after Syrians have been caught in the cross-fires of battle. What is to come of this once historic-place-- only time will tell. |
