MARDI GRAS TAX


A 15% surcharge/tax' would be added on < to all credit-card transactions- inside the  City  of  New  Orleans. 

The proceeds would be put into a: doubloon-fund'  making Mardi-Gras tokens/coins < a standard use of currency- between customers and merchants.
