As those rubber-threads will set you back a few-G's. Just like an antique-car, the value goes up! Buyers want that fresh out-of-the-box smell-- with no scuff-marks. Because, what defines quality-- is how well something is preserved. And, having flashbacks of better-times-- is half the battle!
