A city underwater is no city at all. The Gulf of Mexico has sent a significant amount of rain our way, lately. Antiquated draining structures couldn't keep up on demand. New Orleans is a soup-bowl, the territory sits below sea-level; any heavy-storm can flood an area-- on a drop of a dime. Sure, their are meteorology-tools to help us predict a local weather-occurrence-- but without proper pumping-capacity, it's just smoke-in-mirrors! Now, is not the time to point a finger at government-officials-- because there's no one to blame, but yourself.
