Some of the most painful experiences in life can be a toothache. It can come and go or be lingering, but here are some tricks to help relieve the hurt:
1) pop some pain-relievers-- although over-the-counter pills may not be strong enough
2) warm up some water and add salt, swish it around in your mouth
3) make a cold-pack with ice, then apply it to the infected area
These are temporary remedies, until you can have the bad-tooth pulled-out by a dentist. Try to anticipate the inevitable, have an extraction early on-- if teeth become beyond repair. Decay can be enhanced with tobacco-products, sugar, and coffee. Make sure you brush regularly and use wash. Dental-hygiene is a big part of staying healthy-- it is the gateway to the body.
