Earths-atmosphere' can be fortified, with the development of a: Tokamak-emitter. This plasma- generating device' would emit a beam of highly charged particles into the ionosphere: creating a solar-lid, thus protecting the planet from deterioration.  This is a Tokamak-reactor-- which confines' plasma; the objective here is to blast' the hot-mass into the upper-atmosphere-- much like a nuclear reactor diffuses atomic particles through it's smoke stacks.
