By the time the house is finally payed-off < the tenant' is either- old or disabled (has one foot in the grave).

Most gypsies' that live on American soil today - migrated here from Europe during WWII  < where they were killed- for crimes against humanity. Because there are no laws against: fortune-telling in public-places  < most of these immigrants' have made a living in: 'education and broadcasting'. .

  Most gambling-establishments' will comp their players- free rooms, meals, transportation, etc. < as long as they keep on winning... But when it comes to investment-banking'  residents continue to get credit  < even when there's no 'chips on the table' !
