This amendment to the Louisiana Constitution would give the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers' legal authority to: seize property, make arrests, enforce gay/lesbian ordinances, etc.
South-Louisiana would be vulnerable to: rip-currents < if another hurricane strikes--- the eastern-shores' of the state. The New Orleans coastline' has deteriorated, so much < that the entire city could be sucked into the gulf, like a black-hole.......
