SHOW YOUR TITS

Mardi Gras is just around the corner, and girls flashing for beads-- can be seen up and down Bourbon Street. The greatest party on earth, originated in New Orleans-- and it keeps getting bigger each year. It pays to have a nice-rack, as men will toss you trinkets-- just for raising your shirt! Who doesn't like a nice pair of boobs on a hot-body-- it's like icing on the cake; they come in all shapes and sizes, real and fake. So, load up on carnival-goodies, chant "Show Your Tits", and wait for the prize to be revealed. 😃

SOLAR TILES

This ain't your mamma's house-- solar-tiles are the next big thing in home-innovation. We all seen those bulky solar-panels on roof-tops, that stick out like a sore-thumb-- well that's about to change. Energy-companies are introducing a new-product to the marketplace-- photovoltaic-tiles. These electric-shingles would serve two purposes-- protect the insides from harsh-elements, and power the structure, as well.  So, you can have your cake and eat it too-- all thanks to science!

SWINE FLU

Doctors associate Swine Flu with the pig-- because why not? This virus can be found in pork products-- so be aware. The symptoms include: excessive talking, mood swings, and diarrhea. But don't think your immune from this disease-- it can also be contracted from a second-hand cough, sneeze, etc. There is no cure for this ailment-- although it's in the works... If a love one shows signs of the Swine Virus--- proceed to the nearest emergency room.

UNIVERSITY MEDICAL CENTER

The new University Medical Center of New Orleans is nothing short of amazing. The complex seems like it goes on to infinity-- as it takes-up several city blocks. The construction took a little over four-years to complete-- and it's spectacular. State-of-the-art design with the best amenities-- giving it a futuristic-feel. This is the place to be for medical problems-- as the facility can accommodate just about any illness/ailment. Two thumbs-up from a recent-patient, and plan on spending a lot of quality time there-- because the price is right.

FUNNY MARCHING SIGNS

The comb-over is very fashionable BEWARE! Nothing to fear but fear intself A little honesty goes a long way Any excuse to march Yes they do

PRESIDENT TRUMP

It's a dawn of a new era for the United States of America. The inauguration of Donald Trump as the next president-- is exciting. Optimism is sweeping the nation for positive change. Although, it is just one man-- will the people eventually unite under our new commander-in-chief? Can we change for the better? It is still too early to be seen, but lets all keep our fingers crossed-- for the next four years.

GAME SHOWS

Game shows have been around since the invention of the t.v.. Sometimes it's the best thing on, as you can interact with the program, virtually. What makes them so addictive is unknown, but ratings are at an all time high. GSN is a network that plays reruns, of popular games-- 24/7. Or watch syndicated shows at their regular slots-- like: The Price Is Right, Jeopardy, Wheel Of Fortune, etc.. Isn't life kind of like a game-show-- winning and losing stuff.

GO PELICANS

The New Orleans Pelicans are flying high. Although their record doesn't indicate-- they are a team on the rise. Give them time to correct mistakes, and bring this city a championship. Rocky the pelican may look two-faced-- but, it's showmanship. Can't let the opponent see weakness, or they will start dunking on ya. GO PELICANS!!!

COMPASSION

Obviously this 8-letter phrase may be new to you--- well, it should be. Balance is a very important thing in a person's life-- if you lean too far to the left or right, bad things will happen. The story of the three-legged horse being whipped-- is true. Often times horses lost legs in battle, and were tortured in the process. Applying this saying to people, means: when someone is down and out-- don't keep beaten them. Have compassion towards others, and let bygones be bygones...

NUCLEAR WAR

The worst case scenario is now a grim reality-- thermonuclear-war. Nations are stockpiling atomic-weapons, in an effort to gain supremacy. Diplomacy is not working, as a clash of ideologies-- are being fought behind closed-doors. Global devastation can wipe out humanity in a split-second-- if the world doesn't learn to unite. Apocalyptic views of doomsday are gripping cinema-- but lets hope it stays that way, as science-fiction.

STEREOTYPES

This is a popular phrase, that you probably heard of in your lifetime. It seems like everywhere you go, people are constantly judging people-- too the point where you don't ever want to leave home. There's no one race that does it more than others-- it's just bad individuals who feel the need to stereotype. Many problems stem from superficial thoughts and actions-- mainly fights and murders. The need to lump humans into degrading categories-- is not only wrong, but sinful. So, stop the harassment-- and be kind, or leave.

HYPOCRISY

This idiom dates back to the 17th century, where pots and kettles were in the mainstream. Obviously, the saying has a hidden meaning-- so what is it? This one is dealing with hypocrites-- who say and do something wrong, but are constantly correcting others. Racism is at the forefront, calling someone out, because of their national-heritage-- although is a immigrant themselves. Or, condemning a person for committing crimes, thus does an illegal-action, as well. Class warfare is a biggie, the rich looking down on the poor-- however, being without any money, at a point in their lives. The list can go on and on-- the moral of the story-- we want "kitchen appliances" to get along.

TRUST

The phrase is catchy, but does it have any relevance? Sure it does, in a world of hate-- we need to take a page out of ancient scripture. Applying this proverb to human-relations-- makes perfect sense. In the social-arena, people are very hostile towards each other-- creating doubt "a gallon of vinegar". "A spoonful of honey", would be the total opposite; being truthful with your neighbor, instead of creating confrontation-- "will catch more flies" 💕

MISTAKES

That's right, you heard it straight from the horses mouth. Making mistakes is a part of life, and learning from them is how you become a better person. We all been there, screwing-up things-- but that's the human condition, so accept it. Growing as individuals will take a lot of hardship-- in the end it's for the greater-good. Because nobody is perfect, we all have our flaws-- however there are ways to hide them. Not living in the past or the future, but right now-- the moment. Degrading others to make you look accomplished-- is a big error in judgment. The list of ill-wills is enormous, thou to truly live a righteous life-- don't make the same mistake twice.

SUBSCRIBE TO YOURSELF

You might of seen this slogan running in Internet-ads or on a bumper-sticker. This will be the first time explaining the phenom behind it. Created a few months ago, sitting at a workstation-- the idea just popped in my head. "Subscribe To Yourself" was a metaphor for something greater than the sentence itself. Meaning: there are individuals who go after big crowds, in an attempt to get liked by massive audiences; being verified and stirring up web traffic. In retrospect, the concept of giving yourself a like-- totally negates the former. You came in this world by yourself, and will leave by yourself-- nothing or no one can change that.

STUBBORNNESS

You can lead a horse to water, but you can't make him drink --- is an ancient proverb. Although modern society may not grasp the concept-- it is still applicable today. So, what is the bigger meaning-- it is whatever you say it is. One often speaks, before they think it through. You can show someone the righteous path, but can't make them change their wicked ways. Blasphemy comes in all shapes and forms-- its not just insulting a God, but your fellow neighbor as well. Control-freaks may appear to have life by the horns, although they are lost beasts. All you can do in these situations, is stay humble-- and hope the horses eventually "drink the water".

Rainy Day Games

PAY TOILETS

Pay-toilets have been around since the invention of these flushing-bowls. If you find yourself desperate to use the bathroom, and are short of the correct-change-- then your 'shit out of luck'. Charging to relieve yourself, sounds like a great business-venture-- but is it taking advantage of people? Capitalism gone to far, where every little daily activity-- cost a buck. Social-media is in an uproar, over a landlord who installed coin-operated toilets-- in tenants apartments, making residents pay to flush. Is it simply part of the democratic-process, or against the laws of human dignity.

AGING

Birthdays are a constant reminder of how old we're getting. Age is just numbers-- but it's an indication that life is short. What man accomplishes in a lifetime-- is his/her works. The body starts showing signs of deteriorating around 40-- however, modern health-care can slow down the aging process. No one can cheat death-- it's inevitable; it will come suddenly or slowly. Sure, there are alot of things bad for you-- so be it. Heaven is real, and should be the reason to live a righteous exsistance. May God be with you on this journey, and if the shit hits the fan-- wear depends. 😄

HAPPY NEW YEARS

As the new year approaches, there are many things to be thankful for--- mainly just being alive. It seems like the older you get-- time passes by more quickly. The man a decade ago, is not necessary the same person, today. Some people change for the better, others for the worse-- the latter, nothing can be done for them. Resolutions are a good thing to have in your life-- but do you have the will to carry them through? Lots of folks talk about optimism-- but lead a pessimistic lifestyle. Sure, they do a minimum amount of work-- but produce nothing. The sinner doesn't change with the seasons-- like a rotted-tree, they do not grow. So repent, let joy fill your being-- and make 2017 the best one, yet...and many more...
