The NOPD dispatching-stations would be dismantled, and all current officiers on patrol < would be stripped of their weapons- and be tried as terrorist. OPP would be set for demolition, as encampment facilities' woud take its place < as part of the VA re-constructing program' to quarantine 'mutants' (sick, obese, homosexuals, etc.)

*The VA Hospital facilities (downtown New Orleans) should be the central-hub < for mutation screenings- among newborns.

The privatization of property/equipment (titles, bank-notes, ect.)  would expire on: December 31, 2012 (11:59 p.m.). Investors/owners' would then have no legal-authority to fire/ban < a union-worker' from a job-site (facility/lot). 

The cost-of-living' will go up on the working-classes < if the payroll-credit (investment) system- is allowed to continue into the fiscal-year: 2013    Distribution of wealth (money, commodities, ect.) will fall back into the hands of the 'pig' < creating high-unemployment, poverty, crime, etc.

Phase 1 of the VA Hospital in downtown New Orleans will be a: sports and recreational complex. Amenities will include: Pools, spa, cardio-equipment, gym, food-court, and much more.

The obese-tax' would apply to: populations < with a BMI (body mass index)  above the legal-limit (3-4%). *This tax-hike' would take affect- at the end of the fiscal-year (2012); to help 'curve' the obesity-epidemic.
